Chief Investment Officer, Partner
Marco Pabst
Marco is responsible for investment decision making across the business. He leads strategy and oversees all activity across equities, fixed income and third-party funds. Previously he was the CIO of UBP London, Chairman of the Global Equity Investment Committee and member of the Global Investment Committee, continuing in his previous role from ACPI where he was partner and CIO. Marco previously worked at Sal Oppenheim and UBS as an equity research analyst. He has an MBA from the Technical University of Dresden, Germany, with a focus on finance. He has been a CFA Charterholder since 2004.

Head of MPS, Head of Rates
Robert Lee
Robert has been managing the wealth of private clients since 2006 as a portfolio manager and fixed income specialist. He is jointly responsible for the multi-asset investment team, global fixed income strategies, and heads Arbion's model portfolio services business. Previously, he worked for Lehman Brothers on the European Capital Markets team, and then Coutts & Co where he was a member of the fixed income and foreign exchange selection committees, responsible for managing the global multi-asset portfolios for advisory and discretionary private clients and institutions. Robert is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.

Head of Equities, Partner
Chris Stone
Chris is responsible for the firm's equity and multi-asset strategies. Chris has 18 years of investment management experience. Previously, he was Head of Discretionary Portfolio Management at UBP London and a member of the Global Equity and Global Investment Committees. Chris served in a similar position at ACPI, where, in addition, he was Head of the firm's trading and execution business. Prior to joining ACPI, Chris worked as an analyst for Goldman Sachs International. Chris holds a master's degree in finance and economics from the University of Cape Town and is a CFA Charterholder.

Head of Credit
Matthew Barnes
Matthew is Arbion's Fixed Income Credit Portfolio Manager. He has 25 years of industry experience, most recently managing the Rubrics Global Credit Fund for over 10 years. Matthew has invested across the credit spectrum in a wide variety of global bond issuers, spanning a diverse breadth of industries. Complementing his credit knowledge, Matthew has strong debt-capital structure and cross-currency bond awareness, having been an active investor in both senior and subordinated bonds issued in a range of global currencies. Matthew is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Head of Multi-Asset Investments
Ammalan Annalingam
Ammalan has over 20 years of experience and is responsible for all cross-asset, multi-manager mandates managed by Arbion. He leads Arbion's fund selection process and co-manages Arbion's structured products and derivatives vehicle. Previously he has worked for London Diversified Fund Management, a global macro hedge fund, ECM, a fixed income asset manager and Credit Suisse First Boston. He began his career at Ernst & Young in the International Capital Markets Group where he qualified as an accountant. He also sits on the Derivatives exam panel of the CISI.

Head of Risk
Robert Seiver
Rob works closely with both the investment and operations teams. His role involves monitoring, managing, and reporting on Arbion's risk profile, including market, operational and third-party risks. He also has oversight of portfolio exposures and risk statistics as well as maintaining the model portfolios. Rob is a qualified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certified by the Global Association of Risk Professionals. He holds an MSc in Financial Mathematics from King’s College London, as well as MSc and BSc in Mathematics from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
